SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing on all regular orders and up to 21 business days for processing on all custom orders. These processing times do not include times during inclement weather, holidays, etc. During those times, processing and shipping will be longer).

We want all of our customers to receive their orders, so it is important to double check and make sure that your shipping address is correct when checking out. If items are sent to a non-deliverable address they will be sent back to our facility or left in customs. Your local postal service may also contact you.

Please make sure that you are home during the time of delivery to ensure that you are able to sign for your package. If the item is returned as undeliverable, vacant address, etc., you will be responsible for paying a $50 Redelivery fee.
Please be aware that once your order has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your order gets lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for shipping your items to file a claim within their system.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to sanitary issues, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances unless there was a major error on our part. Errors made on our part must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving package. Please be double check your order before placing it.
If you have placed an order but would like to make minor changes to that specific order, please email support@glossygirlextensions.net with your order confirmation number and name.
